Matchplates are for large run sand casting projects. We can create matchplates of all sizes to fit any foundry's specifications.

We can create core boxes of any size and complexity using a multitude of techniques. Core boxes can be made from aluminum for large run projects or urethane for short run projects.

Matchboards are a faster and less expensive way to make tooling for use in short run sand casting projects.

We can create wood and plastic patterns of all sizes for use in sand casting projects.
